This SS22 collection is inspired by photos of Hong Kong that capture the unique character of the city. There is a sense of alienation and indifference but there is also perseverance, diligence and confidence. The collection is keen to highlight the positivity signified by saplings and trees in an otherwise gloomy concrete jungle. The leaf pattern was drawn by the designer based on her office plants, while there is a growing emphasis on handicraft and embroidery in the details.
